What is the current starting price?

The current project listing starts at THB 3,972,754, approximately THB 3.973 million. The quoted unit, floor, specification and ownership basis must be checked in a dated offer. The illustrated plans do not each carry this starting price.

Which residences can I compare?

The examples cover 1BS 30 m², 1BL1 40.50 m², 1BP2 50.50 m², 2BM3 60 m², PH01 89 m² and PH02A 128.50 m². The developer labels both PH01 and PH02A as 2 Bedroom Penthouse. Exact availability is confirmed separately.

How far is Kamala Beach?

The project map places Kamala Beach approximately 1.4 km away. The area also includes cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and healthcare. Check the route during a visit rather than relying on a fixed travel time.

What is the payment schedule?

The current schedule is THB 100,000 booking and four 25% stages: contract, first installment, second installment and transfer or handover. Penthouse booking is THB 300,000. Ask for dates and deposit treatment before reserving.

Is the project ready to move into?

Vivana is listed at presale stage. Request the developer’s current programme, construction update and contractual handover date before making a reservation; no completion date is assumed here.
